Nigerian rapper Ice Prince (born Panshak Henry Zamani) has opened up about his disciplined lifestyle in a recent social media post.
Sharing a video that highlighted his slimmer physique, the artist described his journey as a “testimony of grace,” adding that he is still a work in progress.
Ice Prince detailed a strict routine centered on clean living and self-discipline. According to him, he has eliminated sugar, alcohol (including wine and energy drinks), soda, noodles and pasta, bread, and seed or vegetable oils from his diet. He also revealed that he has quit smoking, practices celibacy, and prioritizes hydration with water, homemade smoothies, and coconut water.
His daily habits include morning and evening walks, regular workouts, and consuming beverages like ginger tea, green tea, or black coffee. He follows a structured eating plan—one meal a day (OMAD) four times a week and two meals a day (TWOMAD) three times weekly—while maintaining a nutritional balance of 50% protein, 30% vegetables, and 20% carbohydrates.
In addition, the rapper maintains a consistent sleep schedule, going to bed by 10 p.m. and getting six to seven hours of rest, alongside dedicating at least an hour each day to reading.
He also emphasized that he has never used drugs or supplements, stating he has never had any interest in them.
Ice Prince concluded his post by teasing his upcoming album release, reinforcing that his transformation is both personal and ongoing.
